We started training with some rolling practice. Zenpo, koho and yoko kaiten with emphasis on keeping the direction you want to move in and keeping an eye on the opponent.
After that we did some free flowing techniques.
First set of techniques started with two punches and emphasis was on getting the timing of the technique (attacking the front foot) to land at the same time as the second punch.
The second set started with a single punch and was focused on moving forward into attacker (attacking the leg again) with stealing the space and ruining opponents kamae.
After the break black belts where helping kyu graded students to prepare for the upcoming grading.
