There was a great turn out for training last night, an energising and exciting atmosphere to be apart of. The class began with ukemi drilling at levels suitable for all present. For the first half of the class we continued with our review of Takagi Yoshin Ryu. For the second half of the class, the senior students continued with the study of Takagi Yoshin Ryu in finer detail, while the kyu grade students began preparation for the final grading cycle of the year.
