Tonight's focus was an in-depth breakdown of Musha Dori 武者捕 (warrior capture), from the Torite Kihon Gata 捕手基本型 (hand capture foundation forms), of the Kihon Happo.

After the break the kyu grades studied their syllabus for the upcoming gradings, while the dan grades worked on some tantojutsu.
