A nice turnout today for a Saturday class, we got straight into some light movement using uke's own punching momentum to throw. We then explored various strikes/fists to trap uke, including:

Shishin Ken 指針拳 (finger needle fist)

Shitan Ken 指端拳 (finger end fist)

Shako Ken 蝦蛄拳 (claw fist)

Shizen Ken 自然拳 (natural fist, teeth/nails etc.)

After the break we revisited Koku, the first waza from the Jodan Ryaku no Maki of Gyokko Ryu Kosshijutsu.
