Monday nights activity at the dojo began with the sixth night of the introduction course. A fantastic turnout and everyone is doing really well! keep going!

The main class began with some Taijutsu, looking at ways to contest and occupy the space Uke intends to use and removing his/her balance while doing so. We continued with our study of Nage Waza for the second half of the class with Uchi Mata, looking at the various ways the technique can be set up and applied.
