A busy evening at the Dojo; We began with the second week of the beginners class, introducing the students to Ukemi and Atemi waza, lots of smiles and a great atmosphere! The main class kicked off with the continuation of the Kihon Happo, working on Omote Kote Gyaku Dori, along with possible escapes.

We followed on with our study of the Bujinkan Battojutsu for the second half of the class, working on Uke waza, building up to a drill that can be practiced at various levels of intensity
