A very energetic class tonight. We began with a warm up and streatching, followed by Atemi drilling, Taka No Mai and Ukemi. The Ukemi drilling focused on smooth and flowing movements focusing the attention outside of the body and onto the suroundings and our position in the space(Kukan). The first half of the class was then spent on Muto Dori. Following a quick break we spent some time looking at Jumonji No Kata and some of the Ken Kudaki waza found in the Tenchijin along with some Henka.
