The class began with Taka No Mai and Sanshin No Kata drilling, followed by Ukemi drilling. For the first half of the class we continued our study of  Shinden Fudo Ryu Dakentaijutsu, with the kata - Setsuyaku, looking at various applications.
For the second half of the class, we continued on with our study of  Kukishinden Ryu Jojutsu; practicing the fundimental striking methods and covering two kata - Tsukeiri and Udekake.
