This workshop featured the third and final level  of our recent complete study of the Gyokko Ryu Kosshijutsu kata; the 'Ge Ryaku no Maki' (Lower level Strategy Scroll). Unlike other schools, the Gyokko Ryu kata levels start from "high level" and finish with "lower level". The geryaku no maki focuses on mutodori 無刀捕 (unarmed defense against a sword / no sword capture), and made for both a challenging and fun packed day.
