We began class by practicing the foundational form of Omote Gyaku from Gyokko Ryu. Alex showed us some counter attacks and evolved verisons or henka.
We have been studying Kukishinden Rokushakubojutsu 九鬼神伝 六尺棒術 since Alex came back from Japan recently, and tonight we looked at the 19th kata of the Keiko Sabaki Gata 稽古捌型 (practice handling patterns): Tsukeiri
