Re-visiting the first two kata as a warm-up, and moving on to the third of the Chuden Gata 中伝型 (middle level forms), Shinden Fudo Ryu Jutaijutsu 神傳不動流柔体術 was the focus of taijutsu in tonight's class.

After the break we started Togakure Ryu Ninja Bikenjutsu 戸隠流忍者秘剣術, begining with Ichi, of the kamae gata.
