One of the smaller turnouts for a class in a while, this led to training with a decent amount of room in the dojo to explore some sutemi-style nage waza (throwing techniques). This turned nicely into the next technique in the Shinden Fudo Ryu Jutaijutsu involving a similar throw to yoko nagare.

After the break we studied "Hi Ryu no Ken" 飛龍之剣 (Flying Dragon Sword) from the Togakure Ryu Happobiken gata.
