Tonight we warmed up with some kaiten (rolling). Our practice of kihon happo continued with Omote Gyaku Kote Gaeshi, and we also looked at some of its henka (variations).

The second part of the class focussed on Takagi Yoshin Ryu Jutaijutsu 高木揚心流柔体術. We continued with the second and third techniques from the Shoden Omote Gata 初伝表型 (initial transmission outer forms):
