This DVD was recorded on April 8th and 9th, 2006, at a seminar in Dublin taught by French Shihan Arnaud Cousergue. It contains his vision of:

• The Ten no Kata (Eight kata)
• The Chi no Kata (Eight kata)
• The Shizen Shigoku no Kata (Twelve kata)
• The Kihon Happo no kata, performed with the feeling of Shinden Fudo Ryu
