Thinking of purchasing a DVD or download from our webstore?

Payment information 
We use two online partners to facilitate our webstore - Paypal for DVD sales and Fastspring for download hosting and facilitation. Both these companies have strict security policies in place to ensure your financial information is never at risk. Fastspring allows vendors like us to make downloads available for sale using either paypal or credit card payment, but in both cases we don't have access to your credit card information at any time.

Privacy policy 
We hate spam and guess you do too, so we commit to not selling your information or passing it on to any third party. 

Shipping Information
Unless otherwise stated, shipping for our DVDs is charged at a rate of around €5 per DVD to anywhere in the world. We pack DVDs in premium quality padded envelopes. Orders will be shipped within 7 days of receipt and generally take between one and two weeks to arrive at their destination. It's possible to collect DVDs from the Dojo in Dublin by prior arrangement, in which case there is obviously no shipping charge.

Return Policy 
If you are not happy with any DVD, book or other product purchased through this site, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will either issue a refund or exchange the item for another item of equal cost as soon as possible. If you are returning an item you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product has arrived damaged. You must let us know before returning an item that you intend to do so and explain what the problem is.
